Train the trainer
For smaller projects with a limited number of users to be trained, we deliver end-user training on several topics. For larger implemenations, where a substantial amount of users need to be trainined, we strongly advocate the Train-the-trainer principle. We deliver an in-depth training to your trainers on all training modules, except the Advanced configuration and Development training.
Your trainers then can use all the available training collateral (presentations, excercises and demo and training database) and make changes to it as they deem fit. (Restricted use policy applies.)
If you have more advanced plans in using the application, we also run workshop-based training on Advanced Configuration and how to develop (Development) your own extensions (without breaking the application) that you can use in your advanced configuration.
